Fox Fest 2026 at The Fox Den

Last chance to win two FREE tickets to Fox Fest 2026, happening this Saturday at The Fox Den in St. Matts. The all-day festival starts at 2pm with a stacked lineup including Flaw, Signal The Revolution, Neon Sugar, Boombox Poets, and more. Cold drinks, good food, and a portion of proceeds benefiting Love City, a community organization serving Louisville's Portland neighborhood. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.

Derby Dogs on Bardstown Road is currently running a different daily special Tuesday through Thursday. Tuesdays are 20% off all chili-loaded items including the MayTheHorseBeWithYou chili cheese dog and loaded chili cheese fries, Wednesdays are $1 bone-in wings, and Thursdays take $2 off every smashburger all day, including the Finish Line Feast that's topped with a jumbo dog, bacon, onion rings, and Derby Dog sauce. Dine-in only for all three.

We've got another Waterfront Wednesday this week, featuring Over the Rhine alongside Abby Hamilton on the main stage starting at 6:30pm. The Monarch Living Room Stage opens at 5pm with a Bluegrass Evolution Jam, plus food trucks and vendors filling out the lawn. As always, the event is free to attend.

Frazier Summer Beer Fest

The Frazier Summer Beer Fest is back for its 6th year on Saturday, taking over Main Street with 250+ beers from 80+ breweries in honor of America250. General admission runs 5 to 8pm at $50, with VIP at $90 getting you in at 4pm alongside exclusive beers, museum access, indoor bathrooms, and air conditioning, which could end up being a gamechanger for August heat in Louisville. Live music from Old Lou's Ragtime Band and the Bourbonauts to keep you entertained while you're waiting in line for the next pour.

The live show features West End performers, aerial acts, and dancers performing music from Frozen, Moana, Wicked, Aladdin, Taylor Swift, and more. Tickets are on sale starting at $45 and the show is suitable for all ages.

If your family needs plans this Saturday, check out the Louisville Summer Market at Mellwood Art Center. 90+ local and regional makers fill the space from 10 to 5 with handmade goods, local food, and drinks. $5 admission for adults, kids 15 and under get in free. Free parking on site and plenty to explore for every age in the group.

Sellersburg's Dog Days of Summer is bringing food, local vendors, and adoptable pups to Wilkerson Park on Saturday from 11 to 2:30pm. All dogs are welcome and the drive across the river is short enough to make it an easy weekend option. A great morning for your current dog, and possibly the first morning for your next one.
